PTO pellet machine is a small feed/biomass pellet manufacturing machine that is driven by the power take-off (PTO) of a tractor. Generally, the pellet machines are operated with electric motors or diesel engines. However, our designed PTO pellet maker utilizes a jack shaft and spline couplings to connect and disconnect it with the tractor or truck.
Moreover, PTO provides a tool to extract energy from the tractor's energy store. This indicates that our machine only requires refueling and fuel while in operation rather than electricity or diesel. We believe that this mechanism is much easier to use than the traditional pellet machines.

Applications:
Widely used, the Straw Feed Pellet Machine can suppress livestock pellet feed and process biomass pellets. With a simple structure, it has wide applicability, a small footprint, and low noise. The main components of the equipment are a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, an electric control box, a motor, and a template and pressure roller made of high-quality alloy steel and specially treated. To make the particles, the main shaft and flat mold of the feed granulator drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction. At the same time, the pressure roller and template generate high temperatures to ripen the starch. When compressed via the pressure roller, the particles are discharged from the mold hole.
Classified by structure, the motorized straw feed pellet machine can be divided into two types: moving disc and moving roller. The former includes a spindle that drives the rotation of the flat mold, while the pressure roller does not move. This type is used for the production of feed or small yield sawdust particles. The latter includes a spindle that drives the rotation of the pressure roller, while the flat mold remains static. This type is used for the large-scale production of sawdust particles.
